Clinical therapy
Licensed therapy in Colorado and Texas.
Telehealth sessions with Melissa Paul, LCSW. Care that can be documented, treatment-planned, and where applicable, billed to insurance.
Is therapy the right fit?
Therapy is appropriate when you are working through diagnosable concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, or relationship distress, and when you may benefit from clinical assessment, treatment planning, and care that can be documented and, where applicable, billed to insurance.
Sessions are delivered by secure video to clients physically located in Colorado or Texas at the time of session. That location requirement is not a formality. It is what state licensure requires.
Insurance and fees
Melissa is in-network with several major plans through Headway. Headway handles eligibility, copays, and billing on your behalf. To check whether your plan is accepted, send a note through the consult form and a Headway intake link comes back to you.
Self-pay therapy is also available. A Good Faith Estimate is provided to every self-pay client before care begins, per the No Surprises Act. Read about your right to a Good Faith Estimate.
[Pending: confirm current self-pay rate per 50-minute session before this page is launched]

Melissa Paul is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Colorado and the State of Texas. Current license numbers and board contacts are listed on the Professional Disclosure page.
Notice of Privacy Practices applies to all therapy clients. Coaching is governed by a separate agreement and is not a clinical service.
