Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-05-23

M Power Mend (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on powermend.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. This policy covers our website. Clinical therapy services are also governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Information we collect

Information you give us. Name, email, phone number, and the contents of any message you submit through the consult form or by email.

Information collected automatically. Limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and functioning.

Service providers we use

We intentionally keep our vendor footprint small. We use Google Workspace for email and document storage. We use Headway solely for insurance-based therapy billing for clients who choose that path; Headway has its own privacy policy. We do not use third-party advertising networks, retargeting pixels, social-media trackers, or analytics tools beyond what is described here. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed for the site to function, including a session cookie for client and staff portal sign-in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use information

To respond to your inquiry, schedule a consult, deliver services you request, and meet legal obligations.

How long we keep it

Consult inquiries that do not become clients are deleted within 12 months. Client records are retained as required by Colorado and Texas law for licensed clinical records, and per IRS rules for financial records.

Your rights

Colorado, Texas, and other state residents: you have the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, access it, correct it, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of any sale, targeted advertising, or profiling. We do not engage in any of these, but the right exists. To exercise these rights, email info@powermend.com. You may appeal a denial by replying to our response. Colorado residents may contact the Colorado Attorney General. Texas residents may contact the Texas Attorney General.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure. Please do not include sensitive health information in website forms or unencrypted email. For clinical communication, we provide a secure portal after intake.

Changes

We will post updates here with a new effective date.
