Practice Policies

These policies apply to therapy and coaching services provided by M Power Mend.

Cancellation and no-show

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, and missed sessions (no-shows), are charged the full session fee.

Membership

Membership sessions are billed monthly. A session cancelled late forfeits that session credit. Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month.

Inactivity

Three consecutive missed sessions, or sixty days without a scheduled session, closes the clinical chart. Resuming care after a chart is closed requires a new intake.

Fee structure

Current session and membership rates are listed on the pricing page. Fees are due at the time of service unless billed through insurance via Headway.
